Pinball Pass and Pinball Coins will be phased out of the game by the end of 2024. The timeline is the following:

– August 2024: The option to purchase Pinball Coins from stores will be removed. – December 2024: The option to spend existing Pinball Coins and acquire a Pinball Pass will be removed from the game.
Purchased Pinball Coins can be spent until December 2024. The exact date will be announced later this year. Pinball Pass subscriptions will be supported until expiration.

Where and how Pinball FX – Super League Football will be gifted/discounted at Launch?

Super League Football is a classic table that arrives back into Pinball FX just in time to celebrate one of the world’s biggest sporting events. EURO 2024!

As a token of our appreciation to the fans, we will make Super League Football free to download on select platforms and launch it with a heavy discount on others.
Players will be able to download the table for free and keep it forever on PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch from May 16-23.

Players will be able to get the table with the biggest launch discount available for new content on Steam and Epic Games store, at 40% off between May 16-23.

When will Pinball FX arrive?

Pinball FX is now available for PC in Early Access via the Epic Games Store.

The game will launch in full in February 2023 on Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 4, Playstation 5, and the Epic Games Store.

Nintendo Switch and other platforms will arrive later next year.

Is Pinball FX a free download for all players?

Yes, Pinball FX is a free download for all users on all platforms. There will be free content as well, and we’ll be announcing more about these details at a later date.

Are new tables launching for Pinball FX?

Yes! One of them we revealed, the best-selling pinball game of all time  – The Addams Family will be joining the launch of Pinball FX. More new tables will arrive with the February launch – stay tuned for more news on those!

How can I buy tables in Pinball FX?

Upon the release of Pinball FX in February, the way to buy tables changes from the method used in Early Access.

Buying tables and table packs will happen through the storefront, for fiat money, similar to Pinball FX3. After receiving feedback from players, we felt this was the right decision and will revert back to the previous way of selling the core Pinball FX experience.

This means, that tables purchased from the storefront will not be playable cross-platform. There is a cross-platform option offered, the Pinball Pass – more on that below.

What will happen to my unused tickets, and purchased tables that I got in the Early Access Version?

For those of you who have supported us through the Early Access period, we are very thankful.

If you have leftover tickets we’ll make sure you’re taken care of, and you’ll get your content on your preferred platform. With that said, we advise you to spend those tickets and make use of the amazing discounts of the bundle system, this will not be an option when the game launches in February.

Can I import my previous tables from Pinball FX3 to Pinball FX?

No. But there’s a good reason for this: For the new Pinball FX, EVERY SINGLE TABLE in our library has been remastered, updated, and optimized in Unreal Engine to deliver the best pinball experience going forward. This process required considerable effort that, had that effort not taken place, would have left all classic tables already released behind forever. They would not have been able to make the jump to Pinball FX at all due to using an entirely different, more advanced engine.

But we would like to make sure that the support of players who invested in previous pinball platforms is recognized, and we are planning on discounting Remastered tables for the first week of launch.

What is the Pinball Pass?

Pinball FX features a huge amount of content, and the library will be growing at a steady rate, so the Pinball Pass provides an option for the player who wants easy access to almost all content. The Pinball Pass is a monthly or yearly payment option that lets you access most of the Pinball FX library and many additional features.

The Pinball Pass serves as the connective tissue between platforms, as this payment option allows you to play your tables cross-platform on the device of your choice. If you are a Pinball Pass subscriber, you will be able to enjoy the content on your PC and your consoles as well.

What are my options now for the Pinball Pass?

You can get MONTHLY and YEARLY passes.

The monthly Pinball Pass will cost 150 Pinball Coins in-game.

The Yearly pass will be 1200 Pinball Coins.

What are Pinball Coins?

Pinball Coins will become the in-game currency for Pinball FX. As accessing content has changed significantly we have decided to give our currency a new look (changing from tickets to coins) to reflect the new purpose they now serve. You can use the Pinball Coins to purchase the Pinball Pass in-game.

This change will come into effect with the launch.

What is the difference between a store purchase and an in-game purchase?

A Store purchase will happen on the storefront, the same as you would buy any other DLC and the same as you accessed packs for Pinball FX3 in the past. You can buy tables, table packs, and Pinball Coins.

An in-game purchase will use Pinball Coins. You can get packs of these from the storefront and spend them in-game to get the Pinball Pass for example.

Will Pinball FX3 continue to be available once Pinball FX releases?

Pinball FX3 itself and its DLCs will be available for purchase up through and after Pinball FX releases. They will not be delisted or removed from the store, and we will keep you informed of any possible changes in the event they arise in the future.

Let’s be extra clear here: I can still play my classic tables in Pinball FX3?

Absolutely! And for a very long time to come. We have absolutely no plans to sunset Pinball FX3, including its leaderboards and other features. We welcome you to enjoy classic Zen releases in Pinball FX3 for years to come. However, please note that the release of new content has ended for Pinball FX3. Instead of creating two versions of the same table, our dev team can instead use those resources to produce new Pinball FX content at a faster rate.

Will cabinet support be available for Pinball FX?

Yes, in the Epic Games Store version it is in the game now. The mode will continue evolving and getting better. Stay tuned for updates and improvements to the mode after the console release.

Please find a dedicated FAQ for all things cab mode on this link.

For Xbox and Playstation, while not at launch, cab mode is very much in the plans and we are working on the best implementation to release as soon as we can. Finally an opportunity to use the rotation feature on your living room TV mount!

Which physics will Pinball FX use?

Pinball FX tables will introduce Pro Physics to all tables released into the game.

The much-requested ‘Pro Mode’ which makes Williams tables play even harder, with higher pitched playfields and using the extra hard settings from the Operator Manuals will also be available for our most seasoned players who seek a challenge.
